Our goal is to help them unlock their full potential and mitigate the impact of poverty by providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed, through mentorship, educational programs, and community engagement activities, we are committed to supporting the holistic development of youth in our community.

R.I.S.E - Raising Individual Success with Entrepreneurship
develops youth leadership through entrepreneurial skill development. Life is full of challenges. Success requires being able to identify your needs, brainstorm solutions critically, calculate risks, rise when you fall, learn from failure, and persevere despite your setbacks. The program is all about teaching entrepreneurship through youth taking a business concept and finessing it. Over the course of 16 weeks, business leaders and entrepreneurs volunteer to talk to students; participants learn how to generate business ideas, create a business plan, conduct market research, pitch to a panel of investors, and launch their own company.
The Hope Circle (THC):
provides mental health and peer-led workshops to youth ages 12-24 years old in communities. This project supports the development of mental health literacy and resiliency in youth who have been exposed to community violence. Through peer support certification and healing circle methodology, youth are provided with a safe space to speak about trauma, grief, and anxiety and to just be heard. Too often, youth are not listened to until their actions result in a crisis. Through the HOPE circle, we aim to provide a safe platform for youth to speak and receive resources and support if required to address their mental and emotional well-being.
SIS Talk:
is a comprehensive leadership program that provides a framework for girls to find strength, learn new skills, and create a network of support and self-empowerment. The program is multilayered and engages with the girls as they transition from each level of education. It is delivered to girls in elementary, middle, and high school. Each stage focuses on building specific skills that are essential and critical to the girls during that development stage.
